The Pakistani team, known as the “Men in Green,” maintained their excellent performance. This victory followed their earlier win in the first match where they triumphed by a big margin of 142 runs. As a result of these wins, Pakistan clinched the series.

He became the youngest fast bowler in Test history to take a five-wicket haul. By doing so in Karachi against Sri Lanka in his second match. Records continued to tumble, with Naseem becoming the youngest to take a Test match hat-trick. In his third Test against Bangladesh, he took three wickets.

Naseem Shah, who before helped Pakistan win against the same team in Asia Cup 2022. Once more played a crucial role as he guided the Green Shirts to an exciting victory. In the final over they needed 11 runs from 6 balls.

Pakistan has beaten Afghanistan  While chasing a goal of 301 runs, Pakistan lost Fakhar Zaman after he scored 52 runs. But, Imam-ul-Haq and captain Babar Azam teamed up and made a strong partnership of 118 runs, putting their team in a leading position.

After reaching his fifty, Babar got out to Fazalhaq Farooq. After that, the team that was winning began to lose wickets.

Things seemed difficult for the Green Shirts, but Shadab Khan played well by scoring 48 runs from 35 balls. Which helped his team stay competitive.

When Afghanistan chose to bat first, their opening duo of Gurbaz and Ibrahim Zadran performed. They scored a total of 227 runs together. This became Afghanistan’s second-highest partnership in One Day International matches.

Usama Mir dismissed Zadran (scoring 80 runs) before he could reach his fifth ODI century.

Pakistan has beaten Afghanistan But, Gurbaz continued playing well and finished with a run-a-ball 150. Gurbaz was caught out by Shaheen Shah Afridi in the 45th over, but by then, the damage had already been done for Pakistan. Gurbaz’s strong performance included hitting 14 boundaries and three maximums.

Shaheen got two wickets, and Naseem Shah and Usama Mir each got one wicket.

Rahmat Shah and Azmatullah Omarzai couldn’t play due to injury in the first ODI. Riaz Hassan and Shahid Kamal came in for Afghanistan in the second ODI.

Pakistan didn’t make any changes to their team for the match.
